Hon. Sec. Administration
This is an appeal for help. Postings to the club members always result in a number of envelopes being returned by the GPO via the School as "undeliverable". My shorthand for these is DLO (Dead letter office) and as such they are recorded on the Club database. For each of these there are two negative aspects, one, we have wasted money, and secondly, we have lost contact with a member, the latter being the more important. Two responses needed on your part. If your address changes, do not forget to let me know, postal address or e-mail, they are equally important, and secondly, if you are able to send me information on any on this list, which would enable me to re-establish contact, I would be most grateful.

Important Reminder
The date of the Annual Dinner, the most important social event of the year, is Saturday 15 December.
Make sure it is in your diaries. The details will be sent to you mid November. Why not make contact with your OP friends and organise a table (flexible numbers, but six or eight are popular). Perfect mechanism for reminiscing and catching up on news. Guided tours of the new developments in the School will be available before the meal.
I look forward to seeing many of you there on the night.
Finally
News items for the next Old Portmuthian...please let us know what you have been up to. I am sure some of you must have married, started families, been promoted, left the country etc. etc. You will be surprised how many are interested in your activities. Deadline: 21 October.
Roger Harris.
Hon. Sec.
